# Invoices, Journal Entries, and Financial Reports

> Generate customer invoices, record journal entries, manage your chart of accounts, and review income statements and balance sheets.

MyStockPulse includes document and accounting tools that help you generate customer invoices, record journal entries, and review key financial outputs. These features are designed to keep your business records organized alongside your inventory and sales data.

## Invoices

Use **Invoices** to generate and manage customer-facing sales documents. Before relying on an invoice as a business record, verify the customer name, line items, totals, and payment status. Payments recorded against an invoice are visible from the payment history on that invoice, making it easy to see what has been collected and what remains outstanding.

## Journal Entries

Use **Journal Entries** to record accounting activity when the accounting workflow is enabled in your account. These entries capture transactions that affect your books. They should be reviewed by the person responsible for your business books to ensure accuracy and proper classification.

## Chart of Accounts

The **Chart of Accounts** organizes the accounts used by journal entries and financial statements. Make structural changes carefully because reporting depends on consistent account classification. Renaming, merging, or reclassifying accounts can affect how past and future entries appear in your reports.

## Financial Reports

MyStockPulse provides **Income Statement** and **Balance Sheet** outputs based on your recorded activity. Treat these as operational references that help you monitor business performance. For formal reporting, auditing, or tax purposes, share the outputs with your accountant or financial advisor.
