Sales and point of sale
The MyStockPulse Sales module lets owners, managers, and cashiers:
- Record in-store sales
- Sell products as pieces, packets, boxes, or cartons
- Use regular, promotional, or approved minimum-tier prices
- Attach a customer or use a walk-in sale
- Take payment with a configured payment method
- Calculate change or an outstanding balance
- Deduct stock and capture cost information automatically
- Print or download receipts
- Review and void sales
- Queue sales temporarily while offline
- Feed revenue, inventory, accounting, and performance reports

Sales workspace
Open Sales from the main sidebar. The workspace contains:
- Sales Overview for revenue and recent-sales information
- New Sale for POS checkout
- Sales History for completed and voided transactions
- Customers for customer records
- Online Orders for enabled online stores
- Coupons for promotional codes and discounts
Before the first sale
You must be signed in with an active business selected. Confirm that the business has:
- A business currency
- At least one store
- At least one active payment method
- Product categories
- Active products assigned to the correct store
- Accurate selling and cost prices
- Opening or received stock for inventory-tracked products
- Unit configurations for packets, boxes, or cartons
- An active subscription that permits changes
Supported business currencies currently include USD, XAF, NGN, and KES.
Access
Owners, administrators, and managers normally perform setup, review reports, manage payment methods, and handle exceptional actions such as voiding. Salespeople or cashiers record sales and issue receipts.
If the business is in billing-required read-only mode, existing information remains visible but new transactions are blocked until the subscription is renewed.
