MyStockPulse uses the selected business, business settings, currency, and subscription status to decide which stores, products, reports, settings, and actions are available.

Understand the Selected Business

Many users belong to more than one business. For example, an owner may manage multiple brands, or an accountant may help several clients. MyStockPulse uses the selected business to decide which stores, products, reports, settings, and subscription information to show. Before adding products, recording sales, inviting members, or reviewing reports, always confirm that the correct business is selected. Selected business switcher in the MyStockPulse dashboard

Why Currency Matters

The business currency controls how money appears throughout the dashboard. Product prices, sales totals, purchase costs, profit reports, stock value, subscription information, and forecast values should all use the selected business currency. If the business currency is XAF, values should appear in XAF or FCFA depending on the screen format. If the business currency is USD, prices and reports should appear in USD. Choosing the right currency early prevents confusion and avoids mixing values from different markets.

Set or Update Currency

Business owners and authorized administrators can review currency in business settings. If a business was created before currency selection was required, MyStockPulse may ask for a currency when entering the dashboard.
1

Open Business Settings

Go to Settings and open the business settings page.
2

Review the currency

Confirm the currency your business uses for normal sales and reporting.
3

Save changes

Save the setting so money values across the workspace display consistently.
If you cannot change the currency, confirm that you have permission to manage business settings. If needed, ask the owner or contact support.

Workspace Access and Billing Status

MyStockPulse is designed to let users enter a business workspace even when billing requires attention. This helps owners understand what happened and renew access without losing visibility into existing data. When a subscription needs renewal, you may still be able to view existing products, sales, reports, billing information, and business settings. Actions that create or change business data may be paused until the subscription is renewed.

What Usually Remains Available

You can usually still view:
  • Dashboard records
  • Products
  • Sales
  • Reports
  • Billing screens
  • Business settings
  • Subscription renewal options

What May Be Paused

Depending on the account status, MyStockPulse may temporarily block actions such as:
  • Adding products
  • Creating stores
  • Inviting members
  • Recording new transactions
  • Enabling ecommerce features
  • Setting up integrations
  • Changing advanced business settings
This protects the workspace from new operational changes while billing access is unresolved.

Subscription Notifications

MyStockPulse may show notifications when a plan expires or renews. An expired subscription notification means the business should review billing and renew the plan. A renewed subscription notification means payment was successful and access should update shortly. If you renew but the workspace still appears restricted, refresh the dashboard, switch away from and back to the business, or contact support if the issue continues.
Review business settings when you first create the workspace. Confirm the business name, location, currency, subscription plan, and team access before running real operations.
