Documents and accounting

MyStockPulse includes document and accounting areas for customer invoices, payment collection, financial entries, and account organization.

Invoices​

Use Invoices to generate and manage customer-facing sales documents. Check the customer, line items, totals, and payment status before relying on an invoice as a business record.

Payments recorded against an invoice remain visible from its payment history.

Journal Entries​

Use Journal Entries to record accounting activity when the accounting workflow is enabled. Entries should be reviewed by the person responsible for the business's books.

Chart of Accounts​

The Chart of Accounts organizes the accounts used by journal entries and financial statements. Make structural changes carefully because reporting depends on consistent account classification.

Financial reports​

MyStockPulse provides Income Statement and Balance Sheet outputs. Treat them as operational references and have a qualified accounting professional review them before statutory filing or other formal use.
