Inventory management

Use Inventory to track quantities, receive stock, review movement history, record damaged items, and keep product data organized.

Stock Overview

Stock Overview shows inventory quantities across products and stores. Use the store filter to focus on one location or select All Stores for a business-wide view.

Review Current Stock, Initial Stock, and Reorder Level when investigating an item. Product and category filters help narrow larger catalogs.

Low Stock Alerts

Low Stock Alerts identifies products that have reached their reorder level. Use it to prioritize replenishment before an item becomes Out of Stock.

Reorder levels should reflect demand, supplier lead time, and the safety stock your business needs.

Transfers

Use Transfers when stock moves from one store to another. Choose the From Store, To Store, products, and quantities. The receiving store should verify what arrived before the transfer is treated as complete.

Damage Records

Record unusable stock in Damage Records so damaged quantities do not remain available for sale. Add enough context for a manager to understand the product, quantity, store, and reason.

Stock Movements

Stock Movements is the chronological audit trail of stock-in and stock-out events for a product. Use it to investigate quantity changes from sales, receiving, transfers, and other inventory activity.

Receive History

Use Receive History to review inventory previously received into a store. For the complete supplier workflow, see Purchases and vendors.
