1
Start your trial
Go to mystockpulse.com/signup and create your account. MyStockPulse offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, so you can explore the full feature set before committing.
2
Create your business
Open Business Settings and complete your business profile. Enter your legal business name, tax or registration details, default currency (USD, XAF, NGN, or KES), and operational contact information. This profile appears on receipts, invoices, and tax reports.
3
Add your first store
Navigate to Stores and create at least one store or warehouse before you can manage inventory. You can add more locations later, including retail outlets, warehouses, and distribution centers, and assign stock to each independently.
4
Add products and categories
Go to Products and create your first items. For each product, enter the SKU, name, selling price, cost price, category, opening stock quantity, barcode, and reorder level. If you sell variants such as sizes or colors, configure them under the product’s variant settings. You can also set up packaging units (for example, box, case, or pallet) to simplify bulk purchasing and selling.
5
Invite your team
Open Team Settings and invite colleagues by email. Assign each member a role: Salesperson, Manager, or Admin. Salespeople can record sales and view basic reports. Managers can edit products, manage purchases, and view detailed analytics. Admins control billing, integrations, and workspace-wide settings. Some actions, such as deleting products or changing billing, require Manager or Admin access.
6
Connect services
Visit Settings > Integrations to link ecommerce platforms, payment gateways, shipping providers, marketplaces, or accounting tools. MyStockPulse supports Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Wix, WordPress, Xero, and more than 50 other services. Before activating an integration, make sure your products and SKUs are matched correctly so stock levels stay synchronized across channels.
7
Verify the workspace
Run a quick end-to-end test. Record a test sale at the POS or create a small test purchase order, process the payment, and check that the receipt generates correctly. Then confirm that store inventory decreased, product stock levels updated, payment records appear in the ledger, and the corresponding reports reflect the transaction. If any step fails, review the setup instructions for that area or contact [email protected].
