Take payment and issue a receipt
Review the total
Before checkout, confirm every product, unit, quantity, price, line subtotal, item count, and the total amount.
Enter payment
Enter an amount paid of zero or greater, using no more than two decimal places, and select the customer's payment method.
The POS calculates:
Balance = Amount Paid − Total Amount
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Positive | Change to return |
| Zero | Paid in full |
| Negative | Amount still due |
Complete the sale
Confirm the business, store, customer or walk-in status, products, units, prices, amount paid, and payment method. Select Complete Sale once and wait for confirmation.
When completed online, MyStockPulse:

- Products, units, quantities, and prices
- Total, amount paid, and change or balance
- Payment method and notes
If printing does not open, allow pop-ups for MyStockPulse or download the PDF. Older receipts are also available from Sales > Sales History.
