Settings and team

Use Settings to configure the workspace and control who can access it.

Business Settings​

Keep the company name, contact information, and other business details accurate so documents and workflows represent the correct organization.

Stores​

Use Stores to create and maintain inventory locations. Review store-specific ecommerce and domain settings before enabling an online storefront.

Team Settings​

Use Team Settings to invite users and manage workspace access. Assign roles according to responsibility; some actions require a Manager or Admin role.

Review access when a team member changes responsibilities or leaves the business.

Service settings​

Depending on the workspace, Settings may include:

  • Shipping
  • Ecommerce
  • WooCommerce
  • Payment Methods
  • Custom Domain
  • Integrations

Only enable a service after confirming its account, store mapping, and expected data flow.

Profile and authentication​

Use Profile and authentication settings to keep personal details and access secure. Use a unique password and do not share user accounts between staff.
