The Settings area in MyStockPulse is where you configure the foundation of your workspace. Keep your business details accurate, manage inventory locations, invite team members, connect services, and secure your account so that daily operations run smoothly.

Business Settings

Keep your company name, contact information, and business details up to date. Documents, customer communications, and compliance workflows in MyStockPulse use these details, so accuracy matters for invoices, receipts, and tax reporting.

Stores

Create and maintain inventory locations that reflect your physical or virtual stores. Each store can have its own stock levels, sales history, and connected sales channels. Before enabling an online storefront, review the store-specific ecommerce and domain settings to confirm the correct catalog, currency, and fulfillment rules are in place.

Team Settings

Invite users to your workspace and manage access by assigning roles that match responsibility. Some actions, such as changing billing details or deleting inventory records, require a Manager or Admin role. When a team member changes responsibilities or leaves the organization, review and update their access promptly.
Review team access periodically, especially after staff changes. Removing unused accounts reduces risk and keeps your workspace audit trail clean.

Service Settings

The Service Settings section lets you connect and configure external services. Only enable a service after confirming that the external account is active, the store mapping is correct, and the expected data flow is understood.
  • Shipping: Connect carriers and set default shipping rules for order fulfillment.
  • Ecommerce: Link your online storefront and configure catalog sync behavior.
  • WooCommerce: Enable the WooCommerce connector, map product categories, and set sync frequency.
  • Payment Methods: Add and configure the payment providers you accept in-store and online.
  • Custom Domain: Point a branded domain to your MyStockPulse storefront. Verify DNS settings before going live.
  • Integrations: Browse and activate additional connectors. Confirm the specific connector and expected data flow before rollout.

Profile and Authentication

Keep your personal details and access secure. Use a unique password for your MyStockPulse account and do not share login credentials between staff members. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support.

Business Settings

Confirm selected workspace, currency, billing access, and subscription status.

Permissions and Roles

Assign owners, administrators, managers, and cashiers with the right level of access.
