Your subscription determines which business features are available and how much usage your workspace includes. Depending on the plan, this may affect the number of stores, products, users, ecommerce features, integrations, and other limits. Business owners should review their plan regularly to make sure it still matches the way the business operates.

View Your Subscription

Open the subscription or billing page from the dashboard to review your current plan. This page should show the current plan name, billing cycle, subscription status, expiration date, days remaining, recent payment information, available renewal actions, and included features. If your business is growing, compare plan limits before you reach them. Upgrading early can prevent interruptions during busy periods. Subscription overview page in MyStockPulse

What Happens When a Plan Expires

An expired plan does not mean your business data disappears. MyStockPulse should still let authorized users enter the workspace and view important information. However, actions that create or change business data may be paused until renewal is complete. You may still be able to view dashboard records, products, stock, sales, reports, and billing screens. You may be temporarily unable to add products, create stores, invite members, record new transactions, or enable advanced features.

Payment Confirmation

Some payment methods require confirmation outside MyStockPulse, such as approving a payment on your phone. When this happens, keep the payment screen open until the payment status updates. If confirmation takes longer than expected, check your payment app or phone prompt. If money was deducted but the subscription does not update, contact support with the transaction reference shown in MyStockPulse.

When Payments Are Unavailable

Sometimes a payment option may be temporarily unavailable because it is being configured, maintained, or is not supported for your currency or country. If you see a message saying payments are temporarily unavailable, try again later or contact support. Do not create multiple payment attempts unless the first one clearly failed.

Payment Options

Available payment options may depend on your country, currency, and platform configuration. MyStockPulse may support different providers for subscription payments and storefront checkout. Businesses do not need to manage provider credentials. If a payment method should be available but is missing, contact support or your platform administrator.
Renew before your plan expires, especially if your team records daily sales. Keep your business currency correct, save transaction references after payment, and make sure at least one owner or administrator can access the subscription page.
