MyStockPulse presents integrations as a way to centralize inventory, sales, shipping, and accounting activity. The public website highlights more than 50 integrations and names:

  • Shopify
  • Amazon
  • eBay
  • Wix
  • WordPress
  • Xero

Prepare before connecting​

  1. Decide which system owns product details and pricing.
  2. Standardize SKUs across both systems.
  3. Remove or merge duplicate products.
  4. Confirm which locations or warehouses should sync.
  5. Choose how historical data should be treated.
  6. Test with a limited part of the catalog.

Validate the connection​

After setup, confirm:

  • Products match the intended records.
  • Sales and orders appear once, not twice.
  • Stock changes at the correct location.
  • Cancellations and refunds behave as expected.
  • Payment and accounting information is complete.
  • Shipping or fulfillment updates reach the intended channel.

Ongoing monitoring​

Review integration warnings and unmatched records regularly. Investigate sudden stock differences, duplicate orders, missing payments, and stale updates before they affect a larger part of the catalog.
