Inventory is not only about knowing how many items are available. A healthy business also needs to know which products sell, which products make profit, which products are slow, and which products need attention. MyStockPulse combines product sales, stock movement, and cost information so owners and managers can make better decisions.

Product Performance

Product Performance shows how each product is doing over a selected period. Use it to understand which products generate the most revenue, sell the most units, have weak margins, are low in stock, or are moving slowly. A useful product performance view should include product name, category, quantity sold, revenue, profit, margin, current stock, reorder status, turnover, and cost status. Cost Status

Cost status helps explain how confident MyStockPulse is in the profit number. If cost was captured at the time of sale, the report is usually more reliable. If cost is missing, older, or based on available product information, the report may need review.

Stock Overview

Stock Overview shows stock movement and current stock for products in a store or across stores. Use it to see opening stock, stock received, stock sold, damaged stock, current stock, store location, and the date range used for the report. When Product Numbers Look Wrong

Start by checking selected business, selected store, report date range, stock movements, recent sales, recent purchases, damage records, and product cost price.
Historical cost correction should be limited to authorized users because it changes reporting accuracy. It should never be used as a shortcut for refunds, stock adjustments, or payment changes.
